Jed is a seasoned digital advertising executive who spearheads Channel Factory’s global strategic and commercial expansion programs. A proven leader and innovative strategic thinker, Jed joined Channel Factory after a successful career at the Washington Post where he oversaw a tripling of digital advertising revenue, helping to drive the company back into the black. In 2017, Jed was named one of Adweek’s 50 most indispensable executives across marketing, media and technology.
A digital technology industry veteran, Jenny oversees Channel Factory’s broad portfolio of brand and agency accounts. She is a media strategy success guru that achieves client satisfaction across a wide variety of verticals and regions. Prior to joining Channel Factory, Jenny was busy refining her skills at major, award-winning agencies such as OMD, GroupM, and Horizon Media.
Lauren oversees a powerful team that builds, creates, and executes marketing strategy, experiences, events, and sales efforts. Previously, Lauren worked with several leading digital companies, including Teads, Criteo, The Daily Mail, AOL, and Citibank where she became fluent in the skills essential for any brand asserting itself in the digital landscape.
Mattias Spetz brings with him over a decade of experience across the video-on-demand, digital video and broadcast TV ecosystem. Channel Factory’s constant innovation in the fields of ad software and managed service delivery are expertly served by Mattias’s legacy of managing European operations for Smartclip, a proprietary, custom video advertising distribution technology developer, and his revenue-driving charge at TV4, a Swedish media and broadcast TV company.
With 20+ years of experience in the digital industry, Paco Panconcelli has held major commercial roles across a range of leading companies including Managing Director Quantcast Germany, Vice President Sales IDG Germany and Director Product Management AOL Germany.
Having previously held senior sales and business development positions at S4M, Motorsport.com, and ESPN, Jean Haller brings two decades of experience as managing director of Channel Factory’s operations in France.
Robert Bjork is a seasoned digital media executive, with over 12 years of experience across digital video and broadcast TV advertising. With previous positions at TV4 and Smartclip, Robert brings his extensive skillset to the EMEA team where he’s responsible for building local teams in Norway, Finland and Denmark.
