Tony Chen is the CEO and founder of Channel Factory who dropped out of college to create a better video ecosystem for users, brands, and creators. He has since pivoted several times, and has grown the company to a global entity that partners with 300 Fortune 500 advertisers across 30+ countries, helping brands buy safe, suitable, and performance-driven video. Tony is a Forbes 30 Under 30 designee and member of YPO as well as a classical pianist that loves meditating, journaling and walking his dog.
Jed is a seasoned digital advertising executive who spearheads Channel Factory’s global strategic and commercial expansion programs. A proven leader and innovative strategic thinker, Jed joined Channel Factory after a successful career at the Washington Post where he oversaw a tripling of digital advertising revenue, helping to drive the company back into the black. In 2017, Jed was named one of Adweek’s 50 most indispensable executives across marketing, media and technology.
Mattias is a veteran of digital video innovation, building mobile-first digital video advertising products at Smartclip before YouTube even launched its first ad formats. Drawing on experience across the digital, OTT and broadcast TV ecosystem, Mattias joined Channel Factory to nurture what had been missing in his previous roles: using awesome technology and a strong team to improve the overall health and values of the digital video advertising ecosystem. When he’s not raising digital tides, he’s spending time with wife, two kids and friends watching ice hockey.
Jenny joined Channel Factory in 2015, bringing her extensive digital media expertise to the start-up, establishing operational excellence and elevating client strategy, servicing and performance. She oversees the client solutions teams that manage every aspect of the client journey from planning to execution, where expectations are not only met but exceeded. Having managed top clients in her past life at major, award-winning agencies such as OMD, GroupM, and Horizon Media, she understands that deep product expertise and top-notch service are key to sustaining strong relationships. When Jenny is not with her work family, she is seen dashing around her local park with her husband, 2 kids, and 2 poodle mixes.
Robin Zieme is the Chief Strategy Officer at Channel Factory. Robin is a true innovator, with roots across both the buy and sell side of the digital ad ecosystem. Robin’s deep experience includes being responsible for agency trading deals at Amobee and leading Adconion’s video efforts internationally and across North America. He now drives leading-edge advertising technology solutions, always creating new ideas and solving problems for Channel Factory. Robin helps build and create multinational opportunities and strike deals that help drive Channel Factory’s vision of creating a better digital video ecosystem for advertisers, users, and creators. Robin lives in London with his wife and three children.
Jeremy is responsible for accelerating the North American growth and revenue plans for Channel Factory and advancing the company’s sales approach, strategy, and new revenue streams. He came from Amobee, where he served as SVP of Sales working across North American brands and agencies to consolidate cross channel media activation through programmatic solutions. Prior to Amobee, Haft helped build and scale businesses, transform sales strategies and amplify revenue growth for Viant, Visible Measures, Lotame, and MediaPost. Jeremy lives in New Jersey and in his spare time he enjoys traveling to tropical locations, cooking feasts with friends, and any new fitness trend he can get his hands on.
Eren has over 15 years of experience working in the financial sector, beginning in mergers & acquisitions at Lazard Freres, and moving on to hedge funds and fintech startup Seek Capital before joining Channel Factory where he focuses on building out the company’s investments and financial strategy.
Lauren Douglass has spent over a decade cultivating unique, assertive and compelling brand voices for major digital publishers, agencies and adtech players including the Daily Mail, AOL, Citibank and Teads. At Channel Factory, she leads a global team of communications and content strategists in curating the company’s vanguard value proposition and outstanding reputation in the digital video marketplace. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and drinks wine for sport.
Roxy brings with her a wealth of experience from across the entire digital, programmatic video and AdTech space. She’s responsible for overseeing all brand and agency relationships and ensures our clients receive Channel Factory’s hallmark support, attention and ROI-driving service.
Having previously held senior sales and business development positions at S4M, Motorsport.com, and ESPN, Jean Haller brings two decades of experience as managing director of Channel Factory’s operations in France.
With 20+ years of experience in the digital industry, Paco Panconcelli has held major commercial roles across a range of leading companies including Managing Director Quantcast Germany, Vice President Sales IDG Germany and Director Product Management AOL Germany.
Robert Bjork is a seasoned digital media executive, with over 12 years of experience across digital video and broadcast TV advertising. With previous positions at TV4 and Smartclip, Robert brings his extensive skillset to the EMEA team where he’s responsible for building local teams in Norway, Finland and Denmark.
Simon Barnett has spent more than a decade developing digital marketing businesses for the APAC region, focusing on everything from contextual ad networks to sports media rights distribution for companies such as DAZN and NewsCorp. Simon heads up Channel Factory’s APAC revenue strategy and, his spare time, organizes beach clean-ups with Seven Clean Seas and volunteering with Cycling Without Age, not to mention cooking up a gourmet storm in his kitchen.
Our MD, Balkans, Serban has worked across the media industry, holding senior positions for over 20 years at some of the biggest TV stations and publishers in Romania. Having worked on the agency, brand and advertising technology side, Serban has an acute sense of customer marketing needs, especially in rapidly changing digital ecosystems. When he’s not driving revenue growth in the Balkans, Serban can be found taking his daughter to most live rugby and tennis events.
Our UK MD Rob Blake brings almost two decades of experience driving revenue in leadership roles for companies such as AOL, Advertising.com, Rocket Fuel and MediaMath. At Channel Factory Rob is responsible for driving growth across the British and Irish markets. Born and raised in London, Rob is a whizz in the kitchen and an ardent supporter of the mighty Chelsea Football Club.
Our MD, Italy and Spain, Luca has over 20 years in the digital industry holding directorial roles at companies from Google’s Doubleclick and Smartclip, a leading European digital video ad solutions tech company. His deep knowledge of advertising technology and the digital video advertising landscape, with a focus on connected and addressable TV technologies, is an invaluable asset in Channel Factory’s southern European growth strategy. When not growing the Italian and Spanish markets, he’s cooking and sailing with his three kids.
Our BeNeLux MD, Nick Beentjes has over a decade in the digital media industry holding positions such as head of Agencies and Strategic Products at Sanoma, and Investment Director at GroupM, Netherlands. Driving his strategy for revenue growth is demonstrating to brands the power of brand suitability to drive ROI. When he’s not directing BeNeLux growth, he’s playing football with his three kids.
Nicole McKeith has over 18 years of advertising revenue growth experience, working in Brand Partnerships for Snap, Inc. and previously at Yahoo as Head of Industry, Programmatic Sales and Strategy, Nicole deeply understands the demands that brands and agencies have for high quality digital campaigns in a quickly changing technology and content market.
Steven is an accomplished account and client relationship building expert, with over a decade of experience across the digital video media landscape at Mindshare, Tremor Video, Innovid and Yahoo before he joined Channel Factory where he oversees West coast revenue expansion and growth.

Michael oversees key client relationships on the USA East Coast, working closely with account managers to ensure clients and their campaigns receive the full weight of Channel Factory’s strategic expertise.
