CEO & Founder
Tony Chen is the CEO and founder of Channel Factory who dropped out of college to create a better video ecosystem for users, brands, and creators. He has since pivoted several times, and has grown the company to a global entity that partners with 300 Fortune 500 advertisers across 30+ countries, helping brands buy safe, suitable, and performance-driven video. Tony is a Forbes 30 Under 30 designee and member of YPO as well as a classical pianist that loves meditating, journaling, and walking his dog.
Alex is leading the growth of Channel Factory across the Asia-Pacific region. He brings over 20 years of experience in building and scaling technology companies such as Amobee and Adconion Media Group. Alex’s accolades include being voted on IAB Australia Board for two years running and being named among the 40 most influential people under 40 years in media and marketing Industries in Australia and Asia.
Head of Ad Ops EMEA
André is a highly experienced programmatic buying expert with more than a decade of specialized knowledge in the field.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent track record of success in programmatic advertising, leveraging his wealth of knowledge and expertise to drive results for clients.
In his professional journey, André has played a pivotal role in building and leading successful teams at several prominent organizations, including Adconion, SmartClip and Channel Factory.
Over the past two decades Schild has developed an unprecedented understanding of ad-tech, holding leadership roles within sales, customer success, marketing, business development and general management. These roles included running and advising numerous companies through hypergrowth and ultimately successful exits in both the private and public markets.
Most recently Schild served as CRO of Beeswax, where he guided them to record growth and profitability leading to an acquisition by Freewheel, a Comcast company. Post acquisition, he was responsible for setting the overall strategic vision to support growth and increased market share across Freewheel’s demand side.
Fiona brings over 10 years of experience in mobile and digital advertising to Channel Factory. She has spent much of her career leading global customer success with global brands such as Apple, Levis, McDonald’s, and Sony. At Channel Factory, she focuses on growing the business in France through client retention and relationship management.

Gerry has been in the media and ad-tech industry for the past 20 years, leading the Finance teams for flagship agencies from WPP, Publicis, and Havas to several start-up organizations. Over the past 5 years, Gerry managed the US Finance team at MIQ. Knowledgeable in entrepreneurial and growth companies with Big 4 accounting and public company experience, Gerry has a successful record of building organizations and developing corporate culture while providing process and structure, driving bottom line growth.
Head of Trading EMEA
lgor is an experienced leader within the media industry, with +20 years on the agency side (GroupM/IPG) with focus on TV, video, digital and trading. He has spent most of his career leading teams and has a proven track record of building growth in new areas and products. Igor has long experience working with both international and local clients and media vendors. His deep knowledge in the TV and digital video landscape will be a big asset for Channel Factory’s growth journey ahead.

Since 2015, Jenny has brought her extensive digital media expertise to Channel Factory, overseeing every aspect of the client journey. She previously managed top clients at award-winning agencies such as OMD, GroupM, and Horizon Media. When Jenny is not with her work family, she is seen dashing around her local park with her husband, 2 kids, and 2 poodle mixes.

Jenny is a skilled HR professional with over five years of experience in the field. She has made a significant impact on the company’s operations, particularly on the EMEA side of the organization. Jenny started everything HR wise from the scratch in the organization and has been able to implement a variety of new initiatives and processes that have enhanced the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department. Her creativity, forward thinking, initiative-taking, and event planning skills have helped elevate the HR department and ensure that the company’s employees are well taken care of.

Jess is a seasoned veteran in the digital marketing space with over 20 years experience working with some of the top AdTech (AdColony) and digital media specialist agencies including Essence. At Channel Factory, she leads a global team of marketing and communications specialists that bring our brand values to life through thoughtfully curated customer journeys and consciously led campaigns. As a massive rugby union fan, she can often be found with her better half at Twickenham with a pint of Guinness in hand.

Jovana brings over 12 years of experience in marketing and client management to drive strategic growth across multiple EMEA markets for Channel Factory. She oversees all brand and agency relationships focused on delivering the highest quality of customer and account services for our clients. When she’s not delivering benchmark breaking campaigns for clients, you can find Jovana surrounded with friends and family or doing a Google deep dive g on about something completely irrelevant that caught her attention.

Luca has over 20 years in the digital industry holding directional roles at companies from Google’s Doubleclick and Smartclip. His deep knowledge of advertising technology and the digital video advertising landscape, with a focus on connected and addressable TV technologies, is an invaluable asset in Channel Factory’s southern European growth strategy.
Head of Finance EMEA
Mattias has been working in finance within the Media sector for 18 years. Starting with 7 years at a media agency and then left to handle the finance services at an online video advertising firm. Mattias joined Channel Factory at the end of 2020 to build up the finance department for EMEA.
Mattias is an industry veteran coming from Smartclip where he built mobile-first digital video advertising products. At Channel Factory, Mattias works to improve the overall health and values of the digital video advertising ecosystem. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching ice hockey.
SVP Head of Sales
Nico has spent over a decade working in the digital advertising industry at both global agencies and technology companies. Since joining Channel Factory in early 2021, Nico has built and led the East Coast sales team. In his new role as SVP, Head of Sales, he will now be leading the company’s sales efforts and expansion across North America. Prior to joining Channel Factory, Nico ran the East Coast Social Technology sales team and worked on strategic agency partnerships at Amobee, a digital media and technology company recently acquired by Tremor Video. Greco’s earlier career included various sales and strategy roles at companies like 4C Insights, Viant and Centro, as well as agency side experience at WPP’s Mindshare supporting the growth of brands like Jaguar-Land Rover.
Nick has over a decade of experience in the digital media industry holding positions such as head of Agencies and Strategic Products at Sanoma, and Investment Director at GroupM, Netherlands. He drives his strategy for revenue growth in demonstrating to brands the power of brand suitability to drive ROI. When he’s not directing BeNeLux growth, he’s playing football with his three kids.

Chief Strategy Officer
Phil leads Channel Factory’s global business strategy. As our former Advisory Board member, he will continue to be a key partner and adviser as we map out the next steps for the company. Key strategic focus will include Channel Factory’s Conscious Advertising initiative; minority media representation; strategic partners, and our expansion across media platforms and formats. Phil will also apply his deep experience of designing and operationalizing global networks as we expand. Previously, Phil was GroupM’s Global President of Client Services, North American President of [m]Platform, and CEO of both Mindshare and Mediacom North America.
MD UK & Ireland
Rob Blake brings almost two decades of experience driving revenue in leadership roles for companies such as AOL, Advertising.com, Rocket Fuel, and MediaMath. At Channel Factory, Rob is responsible for driving growth across the British and Irish markets.
Robert Björk is a seasoned digital media executive with over 12 years of experience across digital video and broadcast TC advertising. With previous positions at TV4 and Smartclip, Robert brings his extensive skill set to the EMEA team where he’s responsible for building local teams in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

Robin founded an online video network that ooperated across Europe before it was acquired by Adconion in 2012—at that time he became the Managing Director of the company’s Nordic region. He successfully built the company’s advertiser, publisher, and recruitment strategy from the ground up and developed extensive experience with agencies that were beginning to embrace online video as a main catalyst in the shift in marketing from TV towards online & digital in North American. At Channel Factory he heads up all Global Holding Company relationships and has launched 20+ international markets since joining the company.

Roxy Ziatabari brings a wealth of experience from across the entire digital, programmatic video, and AdTech space. She oversees all brand and agency relationships and ensures our clients receive Channel Factory’s hallmark support, attention, and ROI-driving service.
Director of Product Marketing
Sujoyee is a seasoned Product strategy and operations leader with over 10+ years of experience in the ad tech industry. She joins us at Channel Factory from TikTok, where she was the Global Product Strategy & Operations manager for Brand Safety, Suitability and Verification. Prior to that, she was a senior product marketing manager at Integral Ad Science, where she specialized in Verification.
She specializes in executing successful product marketing strategies and has launched go-to-market plans for some of the world’s leading technology companies.

Wouter Aalberse is a seasoned leader in the advertising industry. With over 20 years of experience, Wouter has built a reputation as a dynamic and innovative business partner who is passionate about driving growth and delivering results for his clients. Prior to joining Channel Factory, Wouter held a number of senior roles for companies like Meta, eBay, Microsoft and RTL. Next to building partnerships in digital, Wouter enjoys spending time with his family, in snow and on the water.
