About the role

Channel Factory is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven professional who is excited by the video advertising space and working with Fortune 500 clients. He/she has a passion for analytics, creativity, and technical details! This individual goes above and beyond in their day-to-day, and strives to consistently exceed the expectations of their clients and fellow team members. This individual thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing marketplace that requires smart decisions and an eye for small changes that can become big waves. The right person for this role must be very detail-oriented, a strong communicator, collaborative, and a quick problem-solver.


  • Planning/buying across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • In-depth control of conducted campaigns, settlement of KPI implementation.
  • Planning of campaign tests in this channel and analysis of their results.
  • Development and optimization of campaigns in this channel, taking into account its place on the customer’s shopping path.
  • Regularly follow the optimization tools available in the market.
  • Substantive support for the AM department. Expanding the knowledge of the Team and preparing the necessary training.

Skills & experience

  • Experience (at least 3 years) in independent implementation and optimization of paid social campaigns.
  • Cross channel social marketer, with hands-on experience planning/buying across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Very good knowledge of planning and purchasing campaigns on Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
    Experience and knowledge of the specificity of running campaigns for large brands, min. in preparing a strategy, adjusting the appropriate tool, budget, trends to current needs.
  • Experience in optimizing various types of campaigns.
  • Desire to manage and mentor junior members of a team, prior experience as a manager a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
    Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
    Fluent in MS Excel.
