Performance Specialist – Digital Marketing Campaign Management

As a Performance Specialist on the Data Solutions team, you will learn client management skills as well as project coordination from inception to launch. Along the way, you will also witness the working relations among every department to improve the product and enhance the Inclusion List offering (stemming from industry changes, impactful social events, client feedback, etc.).

Our ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator to be able to articulate and confidently share ideas. This person will also be able to take on projects from multiple team members, manage their time efficiently and work independently. They should also be curious and enjoy research, patching together answers and/or solutions from the information gathered.


  • Serve as the Data Solutions (Inclusion List) consultant to clients, understanding and communicating how Channel Factory’s IL products will help them achieve their media goals the in the YouTube space—including but not limited to advisement on YT products, targeting strategy, inventory availability, buying strategy & optimizations, and buying platform assistance (DV360, Google Ads)
  • Become a power user of our ViewIQ technology & execute full 360-Youtube media planning and buying understanding and functionality
  • Create standard Inclusion Lists and brainstorm creative client solutions as needed
  • Own and grow a book of self-service business, focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction
  • Work closely with Product to fix and improve IL product

  • Create mid-campaign and end of campaign reports, highlighting CF’s IL effectiveness and conducting quarterly business reviews (QBR) for key clients
  • Lead client calls (with and without Sales), setting clear expectations and measures from the start
  • Help update SalesForce for proper opportunity & revenue tracking
  • Reconcile monthly billing with Finance, ensuring accuracy & timely completion
  • Review and analyze campaign data and historicals within your subset of campaigns to help improve IL practice and approach
  • Stay up with current events and industry changes, and share suggestions to update our Inclusion List approach and methodology as needed
  • Assist in special projects as needed


  • 2+ years of YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, and/or Programmatic/Trading Desks buying and execution experience
  • Passion and knowledge of the online video space including marketplace trends, including 3rd party research partners, DMPs, and studies
  • A keen eye for data and analytics
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to test creative buying techniques
  • Can manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and projects at a time
  • Knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in-person, on the phone, or virtually
  • A creative and solution-oriented individual who can also be resourceful
  • A self-directed professional who understands client needs and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional
